If you don’t close Safari or switch windows, I think it maintains its
place. Otherwise, use a web spot if you really need to mark a place.

In Safari, command-accent will switch between open windows, while
control-tab will switch between open tabs.
I’m not sure what you mean in your second questions about saving a
line.

I have had a strange issue with my Wifi connection the past

network is showing a full connection, 3 out of 3 bars, and the
computer is showing that it is connected to the proper
network. But when I try to load Safari, or connect to Express
VPN, the VPN gets as far as 35% and stops. Then, if I try to
do a restart, it doesn’t fix the issue. Safari will say web
content instead of loading my home page. So the only way to
fix it is if I shut the computer completely down, and start up
again. This happens especially if I leave the computer idle
for quite some time. Any thoughts or ideas on what could be
causing the issue?
