Here are two more:
Chemistry for Changing Times -- has intro to chem chapters followed by
chem-related societal-issues chapters.
A "warhorse' -- 12th edition, so it certainly has longevity.

CHEM -- Centgage produced, I see no author -- looks interesting.
The chapters on intro to chem are interweaved with chapters on the societal
issues.
