[raspberry-vi] Re: Shutting down your Pi

Gina,

I always use:

sudo halt

Then if I want to power it off I unplug the wall-wart from the mains.  
The micro-USB power connector on the board seems to me to be far more 
fragile than the other end, so I try to keep plugging and unplugging 
from the Pi end to a minimum.
