While crawling in construction traffic on I-65 in Giles Co this morning, my wife and I spotted a funny flapping raptor. I had time to dig out the binocs and got a nice look at the broad-winged hawk! Just one bird circling north. Earlier this morning I saw my first barn swallow of the year on I-840 in Rutherford co.
