After the strong storms and rain yesterday, I thought it might be a good time
to run up Caryville Mt. a few minutes
and listen for Ceruleans where they breed. Is a little early, but have had them
this soon before.
As I walked out on my back deck to put out some sunflower seed, what did I hear
(and see) but the first Spring CERULEAN WARBLER!!.
Always brings joy when they make it back from their wintering grounds....
He was in the tip top of Oak tree. Nice views with no leaves out yet.
