[TN-Bird] Duck River NWR

I made a swing around the refuge today looking for the ibis reported earlier
this week.
Loads of waders present but all seen were Great Blue Herons and Great Egrets
Also noted were 2 Spotted Sandpipers running around in the mud (breeders?)
Another small group of shore birds included 2 Least Sandpipers, 3 Lesser
Yellowlegs and a dowitcher sp
Lots of habitat now, more interesting birds should appear soon
There is a major resurfacing project on Hwy 70 west of Dixon and delays can be
expected
On I-40, another project west of Dixon promises to snarl traffic this weekend
