Sept 25

Birding along two friends from West Virginia and observing social
distancing we saw a FOS female Black-throated Blue Warbler halfway on the
trail that connects the visitors' center to the spillway. The bird was
positively ID with the drab olive color and white spot at the base of the
primaries.

Other good birds included Red-shoulder and Red-tailed Hawk, a Ruby-throated
hummingbird (spillway), Northern Parula, Magnolia, Bay-breasted, Pine,
Black-throated Green Warbler and a Summer Tanager. All in all great birding
with good friends.

Happy birding everyone,
Giovani
