[TN-Bird] Kingston Steam Plant

Boyd Sharp, Gail Clendenen and I visited Kingston Steam Plant (Roane County, 
Exit 350 of I-40) this evening (Tuesday).
The best birds:
1 Black-bellied Plover, male in breeding plumage
1 Peregrine Falcon
1 Blue Grosbeak, either female or juvenile
3 Osprey.
