[TN-Bird] Migrants - 4/12 - Knox

Some more new arrivals in the yard today (Sat, 4/12/2008). Birded
for a couple hours this morning then while doing yardwork most of
the afternoon. This is all from our yard and woods in west Knox Co.
Some highlights with first of season (for the yardlist) in all CAPS:
DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANT, 2 flying over
RUBY-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD, 1 male around dusk taking a LONG drink
NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW
Blue-headed Vireo
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Yellow-rumped Warbler
HOODED WARBLER
Purple Finch, 1 female/immature type
Dean Edwards
