Last week I reported a possible Ross's Goose at Eagle Bend Fish Hatchery in Clinton (Anderson County, TN). Today (Sunday, 14 Dec) was the Norris CBC. When I met Mike Smith (who told me about the goose) at the hatchery this morning he told me that he finally got to see the goose himself and thought it was probably a Snow Goose instead. I missed the goose in the morning but stopped back by at lunch with Charlie and Tracey Muise and we spotted an immature white-morph Snow Goose. I took pictures, still an excellent bird for the count.
