[TN-Bird] Re: Strange and sad find

I'll never forget the day several years ago when I was at the vet's with my cat 
and a lady came in carrying one of those small velcro targets, a child's toy... 
I guess they throw balls at the target.... with a chickadee stuck to it.  The 
poor little bird's wings were spread and held fast by the velcro.  They advised 
her to take it to UT; I gave her the name of a rehabber but didn't have a phone 
number.. I don't imagine it ended well.
