But the first guy was only fined $50 so what the hey. No swans are legal to shoot in TN so they must mistake them for SNOW GEESE! If they can't tell the difference between a 7 lb bird with black wing tips and an all white bird that weights 23 lbs, you think they can tell the difference over a gun sight between Tundra and Trumpeter?
