Gads... Please save these comments for comp.sys.cbm.Golan has always been the counter-voice in the group. I don't think that's a bad thing. Sure, he's a bit rough around the edges at times, but he has his own set of experiences to pull from as we all do. Sometimes a counter-voice is required even if it pisses you off.
Board - I don't know if I can make that meeting. Since I'd have to pay to make a vote, I'm due for membership - technically Dec 2nd (unless the expiry time is at another date).
Because I probably can't make it, that would mean proxy voting, but according to your rules, I wouldn't be able to vote unless I've paid up.
