SCSI target numbers must be unique on each SCSI bus, but provided the controllers' SCSI connectors aren't attached to each other, you have two individual busses and so should be fine. The only problem *might* be if the device driver is too stupid to handle this, but I can't remember whether the cards in question use the same software and/or how smart it is.
