[torontocbm] Commodore PET 4032 - Bootup Issue

Hello Tpug,
        Been working on fixing the pets I have since we are in lockdown now and 
I have been putting it off for a while. I am currently working on a Commodore 
PET 4032 which chirps and boot up to the screen attached to this email.

What has been tested so far:
- Memory is good
- CPU is good
- 901465-22 is good
- 901447-10 is good

Any help is appreciated
