I have a working SuperPET I could part with for the right price. No need to
drive to Middleton N.S.
I don’t have manuals, but I might have the original software disks.

I had two Amiga 1000’s and essentially wanted to swap it for a PET 8032 at
World of Commodore.

Hello, Chiron. I'm not sure what your email address is.
I was thinking of selling my Amiga 1000 because it's sort of clunky and the
disk drives make irritating clicking sounds all the time. And its graphics are
not as good as on the c64.
What was the reason you sold your Amiga 1000?

Sounds like a problem with the kernal or basic. Either directly because those
ROMs aren’t working properly or indirectly because some other chip isn’t
working properly.
You can test the cpu 6502 and via 6522 in a Vic-20 if you have one and
everything is socketed. That might help rule in or out those chips.

It’s dropping into the monitor - but can you use the monitor? If it works then
that tells you the keyboard and other things are working.

Hello Tpug,
Been working on fixing the pets I have since we are in lockdown
now and I have been putting it off for a while. I am currently working on a
Commodore PET 4032 which chirps and boot up to the screen attached to this
email.
What has been tested so far:
* Memory is good
* CPU is good
* 901465-22 is good
* 901447-10 is good
Any help is appreciated
Thanks
Simon
