Yes, fuse is good. First thing I checked when it was totally dead.
And yes, on closer inspection, that that might be glue.
I'm not an expert, but I can trace some power wires and connectors and check
for continuity here and there.
Does anyone know what the voltage should be out of the transformer?

Actually, I don't think those are bad. Most large caps have some glue on them
to physically hold them to the PCB. From the pics, it appears that is jsut glue
I believe the 802 has a fuse. Is it known good?
