I birded Possum Pt. and Cockpit Rds. this morning in Dumfries, where I met Kurt
Gaskill. A few more arrivals. Highlights were FOY black and white warbler,
Louisiana waterthrush, blue-headed vireo, and blue-gray gnatcatcher. Also seen
were pine, yellow-throated and yellow-rumped warblers, pine siskin, Bonaparte's
gull, hermit thrush, lesser yellowlegs, Wilson's snipe, redhead, and American
wigeon.
