[Va-bird] American Woodcock at Dyke Marsh as well as first of season Osprey

American Woodcock displayed close to the Haul Road about 100 yards to the left
of the entrance. In addition, a first of season Osprey was observed eating a
fish close to the marina at Dyke Marsh near sunset.
