Yesterday afternoon, I stopped by the lake near Kingstowne shooping center
where I found a male BUFFLEHEAD and an AMERICAN COOT along with 40, or so,
HOODED MERGANSERS and about 30 RING-NECKED DUCKS. There were also around 30
RING-BILLED GULLS, approximately 200 CANADA GEESE, and a handful of
MALLARDS.
