[Va-bird] Black-bellied Whistling Duck Still at Chincoteague 7/26

I returned to Chincoteague today 7/26 (against my better judgement since the 
pony swim and auction are tomorrow and Thurs, respectively) and checked the 
Wildlife Loop.  The Black-bellied Whistling Duck was there in the usual place 
along the 1st quarter of the drive at 3:15PM.
