Sunday March 4, I saw three Brewer's Blackbirds (2 males and one female)
in a field SW of Wakefield, Sussex Co., VA. The field also contained a herd of
black cattle.
They were seen about 9:55am, in light rain along Rt. 620 (Brittles Mill Rd.),
2.1 miles north of Rt. 620 (Cedar Sign Post Rd). Other birds in the field
included: 3 Redwing Blackbirds, 6 Starlings at least 75 Robins, and some
Slate-colored Juncos.
