For anyone interested, today a couple of BH Nuts stopped at the feeders
briefly, noticed it was crowded and flew off into the pines. One pine seemed
to be full of tiny birds flitting about. After watching them for a while I
was able to ID at least one or two BH Nuts. I can't be sure but it seemed
there were more of the same. The only other birds that came in groups were
Juncos and Goldfinch and they were not the ones in the trees. I wonder if I
actually had a flock of the little nuthatches! It seems most unusual. The
pines (Virginia) in the yard are loaded with cones.
