This morning (12/21) Mark Johnson found a Cackling Goose with a flock of Canada
Geese at Mill Creek Lake in northern Amherst County. The bird was relocated
around 3:30 PM by me and Jim and Sandra Elder. To reach the lake, take US 60
west from Amherst and continue to Rt 778. Turn right here and continue to Rt
610 and turn right. Continue to the entrance sign to Mill Creek Lake and turn
left and continue to the parking lot.
