This morning, between 5am and 5:18am, I heard a Common Nighthawk calling and
also "booming" over the Court Street Baptist Church at the intersection of
Court Street and London Boulevard in the Old Town section of Portsmouth. I'm so
glad the nighthawk is back. Twice, the nighthawk was visible and the white
"wrist" marks and stiff flight pattern were observed. A great way to start off
the day before heading to work.
