[Va-bird] Common Nighthawk in Portsmouth, VA

This morning, at about 5:30am, I heard and saw one Common Nighthawk pursuing 
another "silent" Common Nighthawk. Not sure if they were a mated pair. This was 
near the intersection of Court Street and London Boulevard.
