I rode down to Cumberland this morning to enjoy the morning and my coffee...it was quite birdy. Unfortunately, the clouds moved in and it did not make for decent pictures. I was only there about 45 minutes before the rain moved in.

The quantity of birds was unreal, there were gazillions of blue grosbeaks and bluebirds. The soy beans are very large and plentiful and the birds are bouncing from them to the woods.

Birds included:
blue grosbeaks
indigo buntings
eastern bluebirds
red-eyed vireos
summer tanager
goldfinch
cardinals
summer tanager
yellow warbler
mockingbird
pine warbler
black and white warbler
blue-gray gnatcatchers
eastern kingbirds
carolina wrens
carolina chickadees
tufted titmouse
great crested flycatcher
downy woodpecker
ruby throated hummingbird
