Sally Wechsler led today's group of six birders. Post-nesting dispersion
was in evidence with Scarlet Tanagers, Baltimore Orioles, and Red-eyed
Vireos, etc. joining woodland resident birds foraging in the picnic area
trees.
We also enjoyed watching a flock of Cedar Waxwings hawking for insects
over the river near the dam. The list follows.
The walk is held every Sunday starting at 8 AM at the visitors center.
All birders are invited to join us.
