Subject:New Hummingbird?
Tiny bird, about 2 or 3 inches long, visits my 4th floor balcony flowers this
summer. It is black, one with a yellow chest or belly. Haven't found anything
like it in books or online. Darts away before I can photograph it. No, it is
not a moth.
