I have seen no other posts so I thought I would post what I know about
the sighting. Matt saw the bird for several minutes, getting great pictures,
as it foraged around the Knob overlook, and then it took off heading south
down the Parkway. I got there little more than an hour later after looking
for it on the way there, talked to Matt, and spent the next hour hunting
along likely spots south of Harvey's, with no success. To my knowledge,
there have been no more sightings.
