We went up to Judge Rye Road in Shenandoah County today to see what was
around. We were able to find a nice family group of Black-capped
Chickadees, 11 species of Warblers including 5 Yellow-rumped Warblers. Of
the 5, 1 was seen carrying food which was a nice surprise for us.
Later in the day we went over to see Van Buren furnace and one the way back,
found a Ruffed Grouse about 1 mile west of Back Road.
