Hi, all -
During the second week of April, I was visiting my parents in St.
Petersburg, FL, and one day we took a ferry to Egmont Key, off Ft. DeSoto.
I photographed two gulls that I initially thought were both Laughing Gulls,
but the hood on one is different. Everything else seems the same. I've
cropped the picture for a closer look at the gulls and posted it on Flickr.
Could it be a Black-headed Gull, or just a weird Laughing Gull? Here's the
link. Let me know if it doesn't work:
