(No count conducted today)

Weather:
North winds and cooler temperatures behind last night's cold front, but
also some lingering rain and drizzle (hampering any desires to count
birds).

Raptor Observations:

Non-raptor Observations:
Though no official count was conducted, I did spend some time in the car in
the parking lot and in the picnic pavilion next to the platform this
morning, and flocks and flocks of Tundra Swans and Snow Geese could be
heard overhead, presumably above the low clouds, though a few groups of
each were seen. Also continued movement of Robins, Icterids, and Bluebirds
through the light rain, but in much lighter numbers than yesterday's
counts.

Predictions:
Winds are now predicted to be out of the north for Friday, with continued
cool temperatures that may inspire some movement. Don't want to jinx myself
by predicting the flight of the century, but hopefully more birds than
we've been seeing the past week (which I guess is actually setting the bar
pretty low).
