I stopped by Harrison Lake on the way home Friday afternoon. I went
over to the pond area and walked down to the viewing platform. On the
way down, a group of something took off from the backside of the ponds,
I could not tell what it was, but they turned and flew my way. I was on
the platform at that point and watched as a group of 5 Cattle Egret flew
towards me, directly overhead, and then turned and returned to the tall
pine trees to the left of the platform. They landed in the top of the
trees and stayed there while I walked around the fish ponds. Also there
were three different sets of Canadas each with one baby.

Also, there are a couple pics of a spotted sandpiper I got at the lake
earlier in the week.
