Hello all
This morning I went to Dayton in Rockingham County to see the Harris's Sparrow
. The bird showed up at about 8:20 am . The bird is in full breeding plumage .
The way I went was to take I 81 to exit 240 & then take Rt 257 W into
Bridgewater to Rt. 42 -- follow Rt. 42 N to Dayton & pick up Rt. 257 W again (
Ottobine Rd. ) follow for about 2. 3 miles & turn right onto West Dry River Rd.
follow for about a mile or so & 5946 is on your left . Thanks to the host of
the bird for sharing a gem of a bird .
