[Va-bird] Huntley Meadows (10-26) virginia rail called

Heard a partial call of a Virginia Rail inside the loop. Lots of song
sparrows and a few swampees.
Other than that, nothing to speak of in the marsh. Quite dead
But the fall plumage was spectacular.
