15 Birders gathered for this morning's Huntley Meadows Monday Morning Birdwalk.
We spotted 44 species with highlights being a Peregrine Falcon, a Barred Owl,
a Solitary sandpiper, and a beautifully posing Cedar Waxwing. Abundant species
included Barn Swallows, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Eastern Kingbird and American
Robins. Those planning to visit Huntley Meadows this summer are reminded of
the boardwalk construction work due to begin in August. See my posting of July
22nd on this service.
