The NVBC walk at OBNWR, led by Peter Ross and Steve Williams, was attended
by 16 people. It was a beautiful morning for birding though it became
rather warm by noon and the refuge was quite birdy. We found 78 species in
all, though we missed some normal species (American Robin...). 15 species
of warblers including many Blackpolls and a probable black-billed cuckoo
were highlights. A displaying wild turkey was a treat as well. The
