Foraging in the small meadow to the right of the platform at the end of the
Hike/Bike Trail (near the bluebird boxes as far as you can get from the new
gravel trail to the water-control structure). Nothing else unusual-lots of
yellow-rumps and kinglets, a few juncos and field sparrow, a phoebe, and a
red-headed woodpecker visible near the boardwalk on the other side of the
wetland.
