[VA-bird] Partial and unofficial Snickers Gap count

I got to Snickers Gap about 9:30 this morning and found one other birder
there. He and I counted a conservative 106 Broad Wing Hawks before we left
about 11. There were also a couple of raptors that we did not identify.
Also at least 15-20 monarchs.
