[Va-bird] Pectoral Sandpiper at Hunting Creek

There currently is a Pectoral Sandpiper among several Greater Yellowlegs, a 
Lesser Yellowlegs, Semipalmated Plovers, Killdeer, Least Sandpipers and more 
distant peeps on the mud flats on the river side of the Hunting Creek bridge in 
Alexandria. There also are at least 93 Great Egrets and 19 Great Blue Herons 
present. The tide is rising.
