We awoke this morning to find a Swainson's Thrush on our deck, a victim of a
window strike. The window had a hawk cut-out on it, to no avail. On a
brighter note, we later saw a Winter Wren flitting around near the ground.
Joyce thought she had seen one earlier in the week.
