Thanks for the lead in Phil!

Yes, Phil and I birded in the rain for about an hour this morning, he
arrived first, I left last.  The rain did not get too bad until 9am or so.
Other highlights:

Tundra Swan, relocated to Neabsco Cr, so it's not that injured!

Red-breasted Merganser 16
Osprey and Bald Eagles, 'natch
Am. Coot 100
Greater Yellowlegs 2

Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 12
