All,
I was one of the birders out there yesterday - I just wanted to add for my
fellow VA birders that the rail's location is about 30 to 40 minutes west
of Winchester, just over the state line. It's a nice drive and the location
is easy to find.
I heard the bird call twice at 1:30pm and then not again until the whole
group heard it calling constantly at about 4pm.

P.S. Hope this doesn't bother anyone that this is West Virginia, but it's
just about 20 minutes from VA and quite an amazing inland rarity I thought
VA birders might like to be updated about!
