Four Pine Siskin were observed at our feeders in the suburbs of glorious,
downtown, Limeton, Virginia, this morning, March 16, 2011, from 0745 to
0845.  Limeton is located about six miles south of Front Royal on U S Route
340 in the Page Valley.

Also seen at our feeders from 0730 to 0930 this morning were:

Mourning Dove - 3
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 1
Downy Woodpecker - 2
 Blue Jay - 4
American Crow - 2
Carolina Chickadee - 2
Tufted Titmouse - 1
White-breasted Nuthatch - 1
Red-breasted Nuthatch - 1
Song Sparrow - 2
White-throated Sparrow - 2
American Robin - 5
Dark-eyed Junco -  4
Northern Cardinal  - 2
Red-winged Blackbird - 2
House Finch - 8
Purple Finch - 2
American Goldfinch - 6

Seen nearby yesterday were

Canada Geese - 4
Mallards - 20
American Kestrel - 2
Red-tailed Hawk - 4
