The Virginia Society of Ornithology needs one or two volunteers from among our
members to represent the VSO at the Gone to the Birds Festival in Richmond on
Aug 6.
The Gone to the Birds Festival 2011 will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011,
at the 17th Street Farmers' Market from 6 to 9 pm. Setup begins at 5 pm. The
Vendor fees will be paid by the Shockoe Bottom Neighborhood Association from
the T-shirt sales of last year. If you need more information about the market,

A display space has been reserved for us, and if you are able to help, I can
send you VSO posters and membership brochures by mail.
