Briefly visited Weyanoke for about 45 minutes this morning, starting at 5:45am,
before work. I was able to have good views of both thrush species listed below.
At first, the Gray-cheeked sounded more like a Bicknell's to me, but then the
individual shifted its song to a type that more closely resembled the
recordings of Gray-cheeked from Cornell's Library of Sounds. It was a nice way
to start the day.
