Hi Marie,

This problem may be related to a jaws keyboard driver that used to cause
this situation in some previous versions of jaws. If you can get your hands
on the laptop sometime soon then you could try renaming this driver. I will
send you instructions if you like to help accomplish this.

Paul.

Hi Paul

I cant check the language on the laptop is the boy I volunteer with is on
hols so I cant check his laptop until he gets back.

When we were using MS Word to copy and paste text the ALT GR key was pressed
and then CTL X and CTL V stopped working, actually we couldnt do anything
else so we had to restart the keyboard.

Regards
Marie
