Do you mean, that when you turn your iPhone on again the pairing has been
forgotten?
How are the batteries in the keyboard? Turn off the keyboard when not in
use. (Anyway it takes a little time when switched on again before it
re-connects to the phone. If the batteries are going down, this will take
longer.)
Turn on the BT keyboard again before turning on the phone again.
