Hi Gary,
The Bluetooth keyboard should not be often being forgotten by the iPhone
when they've been paired, (unless you ask the phone to 'forget this
device'); so that, when the keyboard is switched on again and the iPhone is
also turned on again, iPhone knows the keyboard so that it is automatically
ready for re-use.
Joe: Are you trying to use the keyboard for anything else besides the
iPhone? (If so, then that may be the problem. At least some BT keyboards
can't be paired with more than one device at a time. Pairing the keyboard
with something else and leaving it paired, will unpair it from the iPhone.)
Could ytou go through the steps you're using to pair the keyboard to your
iPhone?

Hi Joe
I dom't know if your meaning that your bluetooth keyboard just disconnects while using it. I also have this issue and keyboard is fully charged and batteries are also ok.
I find just asking siri to switch off bluetooth and then tell him to switch it on. I use siri because of being lazy lol
but i find this reconnects it again.
its a pain as generally it goes mid sentence.
